As Event Director, Jacqui Bomar’s role was to select the location within a particular region of the country (or world), book facilities and thousands of hotel rooms, negotiate contracts for speakers and entertainers, direct event planners for each event and ensure the entire event ran smoothly! |

| Our team worked with a high profile non-profit organization to plan the From Darkness to Light Gala in Charleston, SC. Highlights included 12 Charleston chefs preparing seven course meals on site for 1200 attendees, festive entertainment and decor, inspiring speakers and a spectacular silent auction. |

With the Fort Lauderdale and Rhode Island Convention Centers, JBM & Associates' Jacqui Bomar was responsible for creating the “Grand Opening” event plan for each facility. In both cities, the plan included a ribbon cutting ceremony, a hospitality industry party, a public festival as well as a black tie gala.
